What's the best place for Chinese take-out around Brewster/Southeast/Carmel?

After seven years we still haven't found good take-out- after living in NYC I guess it's a hard act to follow.

Also, check out Panda House in nearby Danbury, CT, which is only 14 minutes away via Rt. 84. It's a great place for kids and for families who want a casual night out (either out or in of course is an option). They have Japanese dishes as well as Chinese, so you've got the best of both worlds!

Chinatown in Shop Rite Plazz along Route 52 in Carmel. I won't go anywhere else for Chinese (although Toro in Carmel has a good mix of sushi and Chinese food).

I tend to favor China Taste near Hanniford's in the Putnam Plaza on RT 6. It may just be a matter of convenience, though, since I'm near it frequently.
