South Tower Rd, Summer Valley

South Tower Road is a major road going through Aurora which has numerous businesses on it and connects to streets which lead into the Summer Valley neighborhood. There are no houses directly on this section of the road, although it borders the Summer Valley neighborhood on the east side. This street can get busy and congested at peak driving times. For people trying to leave the neighborhood it can be difficult to get onto Tower going north as there is so much traffic. Although the Summer Valley neighborhood is nice, this is the one bordering street that I would avoid.

Along this section of the road there are wooden fences in an attempt to keep out the noise from traffic. It does a pretty good job as you get into the neighborhood, but it obviously doesn't screen out horns honking, although that's not a common noise heard frequently here.
