"A breath of fresh air in downtown SRQ"

South Orange Avenue is comprised of office buildings, boutiques, businesses and lots of things to do. This is nestled in downtown Sarasota but you don't get the typical dirty city feel. It is a well manicured area! Burns court shopping is nearby and the Pineapple district is right next door.
