"The best street to go north and south. Also has great houses to live on. "

Kipling is without a doubt the best street to use if you need to go north or south. This street also features great houses to live in. I use this street everyday to get around and it rarely gets congested. I think this street gets pretty calm around ten o’clock so its also a good place to live.
