If you can afford to live on or around Camino Del Mar, do it now! This is maybe the best street and residential community in all of San Diego. Just like the name suggests, Camino Del Mar is just one block east of the Del Mar Coast (one of the most beautiful beaches in all of San Diego). While this 2 mile stretch of road connects Del Mar to Solana Beach, it encompasses so many resources.
