Condo near Martin Luther King Jr and Dwight Way?

Is this a good area to live and would this property appreciate over period of time? Also, will it be easy to rent out a 2br apartment here.

Great area if you Dont mind busy street. Close to amenities. Close to UC . Easy to rent out. Should appreciate but I can't predict future.
