Parking is a problem in South Beach, San Francisco. As throughout much of the city, you will have dificulty finding an open parking space and during the day, you have 2 hour parking if you don't have a permit. You can go to one of the many parking lots in the area but they tend to be very expensive with no flat rate unless there is a local event.

Your best bet if you live here is to pay for a parking space in your apartment complex, but that can be pretty costly as well. (As much as some people pay for their apartments in places across the Bay.)
