"Light industrial near the downtown of Garland."

West Avenue A is a very wide street which I really like. It is mostly light industrial. Main Street and the downtown of Garland is just a block away, but also a world away in looks. This street does have full grown trees and some residential areas. Handy if you need one of the local businesses here.
