South 4830 West, Riverton

This area is newer (within the last 10 - 15 years) and the houses are middle class homes, catering mainly to families. As there are so many families, children do not want for friends and parents do not want for babysitters. As the homes are fairly new, most of the families are younger couples who have younger children (Middle-school and lower). Since this is not a very busy area, children can play outside without fear of being hit by a car. Additionally, it is not very far from either an LDS chapel building or a grocery store.
