South 2240 West, Riverton

The homes in this neighborhood are older homes where mainly empty-nesters now live. The neighborhood is well established and clean and is typical of a Utah neighborhood (i.e. children on bikes, well-kept yards, etc). The street is quiet and small (i.e. 2 lanes) so there isn't a lot of noise pollution from cars and the people are friendly. Since this is a housing complex, there are no resturants or shopping along this street, but those are available near-by.
