Everyone should live here, this is one of the few places that the home owners keep the street clean as well as their yards. Very few empty homes, and when ones for sale they go quickly and at a good price. The tree lined streets, and manicured lawns make this place one of the best in the area. Very few police calls, and then only for maybe a barking dog, or parking in front of someone drive way. its safe to walk the street to your friends home and or drive a few blocks to eat. Traffic here is quite limited, and is not a throughfare for speeders. The few stop signs are generally well reguarded by people who live here. Its the ones you dont know that sometimes rip tear through here. Streets and sidewalks are in excellent condition, snow removeal can be slow but it eventually gets done. Alot of the residents are the older population, and they are the best neighbors to have.
