What public transportation options do I have from SoHo, New York City?

The yellow line (NQRW) runs the majority of Soho and it's a great line because it's fast and hooks up with most other trains. You can also take the Orange and the Green (456) from Soho. It's pretty easy to get in and out of this neighborhood.
