Smokewood Dr, Southwest Redevelopment

Ashwood Drive, in Santa Rosa, California is a nice middle class neighborhood that is off of the main road, It is a quiet neighborhood with white pickett fences. Plenty of room to park but there are still some cars parked on the road which makes it more narrow than it really is. The houses are very close together but to make up for it they do have nicely maintained lawns and from what I could see a nice size backyard.
