"Silver haired Ponds"
Condo community where a majority of the owners are retired and over 65. Infighting among neighbors is fairly common, and the Board there is ineffective. Supposedly a gated community but the gates have not worked consistently for years. A lot of snow birds leaving units unattended during the winter. If you have children, a dog, a teenager, or more than 2 cars, you will be a pariah in the community. Not diverse and myself was subjected to continuous harassment because of my lifestyle.
