"Hip street located just off the main streets of the city"

Sherman St. is located just off of the two main streets of Lincoln and Broadway in Denver. The street is pretty safe during the day although you might want to be extra cautious at night time. It's expensive because you are so close to the city but offers all the luxuries the city has to offer.
