There are a number of renovated places to live on here, but be prepared to enter a gentrification nightmare! People are upset about being forced out by high prices. Prices have come down, but people are renting more these days and as rents have gone up, more people are being pushed out of this area. Anyway, there are good places to live, you are near Mount Pleasant, which is such a great neighborhood.
