"Dead ended at both ends"

Part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Shafter Road in San Francisco, CA is road that is approximately two to three blocks long that is only accessible by one street which happens to be Rawles Street (and that's from the north). Rawles comes down to Shafter which has a dead end at both the east and west sides of the road. Shafter Road is situated within a nest of trees and behind a few lovely residential homes on Simonds Loop.
