"Nice subdivisions nearby, good school"

There's not much on Sever Road besides entrances to subdivisions. It begins at Old Peachtree Road, crosses North Brown and ends at Duluth Highway. There's a Publix Shopping Center near Old Peachtree. Jackson Elementary School is top-notch. Several feeder roads (with more entrances to subdivisions) are nearby.
