"Nice but not"

This street had one of the few points i look for in how close it is to a nice park which in my opinion ups the family value a lot. However this street lost points on looks. While it is not an ugle street it doesnt seem to fit in with the rest of Castro valley and I thought that would make this a tough call for families possibly moving here. You would have to weigh out is it good enough that youll stay with the park or should we keep on looking.
