"A vibrant and eclectic neighborhood in the heart of the big city"

Bryan Place is a vibrant city neighborhood just north of Deep Ellum and east of the Dallas Arts District. It is a eclectic mix of old and new architecture, and residential and commercial complexes of all shapes and sizes. The people you see in this neighborhood are just as diverse as the structures within. You'll see college students, busy professionals, and extended families getting out and about daily to enjoy what this region of the city has to offer.

Since it's just north of Deep Ellum, residents can enjoy the wide range of dining and nightlife options it has to offer. Northpark Mall is a short bus ride away on Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and it features some of the best shopping in the DFW Metroplex area. DART can also whisk you away to see a concert or an opera performance at the Dallas Arts District, or you can enjoy the largest green space in the area with the entire family, Exall Park, which is on the southern edge of the neighborhood.

You're also only minutes away from world-class medical care with the Baylor Medical Center. Bryan Place has plenty offer in the form of entertainment and shopping to people pursuing a wide range of lifestyles.
Pros
  • close to many fine dining options
  • adjacent to Deep Ellum and the Arts District
  • close to Baylor Hospital
Cons
  • heavy traffic area
  • city smog on hot and still days
