"Cambridge Heights"

Great schools, great shipping, great transportation. I suggest that if you want to live in this town.. Radcliffe, Yantacaw, and Spring Garden areas. I do not suggest Cambridge Heights. The townhouse community has so many issues that I had to sell and move out of there. They have a handbook with rules in it that expect you to follow. That handbook is a joke a good majority of the residents do not follow them. At least 4 of the board members don't they think they are above the law. The homeowner association president harasses you through message or in person if you have an issue that he disagrees with. The management is a joke. The property manager doesn't know the rules and regulations and he has to ask someone. They don't answer emails or phone messages. It is suppose to be a gated community, the security doesn't check people in. He just lets you. No wonder there are so many robberies. The neighbors are so so. Some are nice and friendly. Some are very clickey. If you are new to the area, they give you the death stare. If you try to be nice and say hi. They are very stand offish. Some even go as low as to find you on Facebook and send bullying messages. That is not an area I want to live in or raise my kids in. That is why I moved.

"A quaint town close to NYC"

Nutley, NJ is a quaint town located 10mi from NYC. Bordered by the Garden State Parkway, Rte 3, and Rte 21, there is ample access to/from the city. Although it is in the NYC metro area, it offers many parks and quiet neighborhoods. Franklin Ave, the main thoroughfare through the center of town offers a variety of restaurants and shops. The area is peaceful and clean with very good schools--some of better ones in the state. It is bordered by Clifton, Bloomfield, Belleville, and Lyndhurst. It is famous for its role in the Sopranos and is home to Roche Pharmaceuticals. It offers many public services to the elderly and to children.
