"Circle Pine Homes & Real Estate"

One of the best places to live in the US is in Circle Pines, MN. And why not? Circle Pines has been voted as the 3rd Most perfect Suburban Area according to CNBC.com. This means that if you want to live in a place that is almost like a full city but still maintains its quiet character, Circle Pines is the place to be.
Circle Pines got the nod because of its amazing public school system, its high level of education, and the kind of work that majority of its residents are into. If you want to invest in properties, you Circle Pines may offer bargains that the other “ideal” places would not be able to match. The median house cost here is pegged at a little over $200,000 only!
There is almost zero traffic in Circle Pines and its school system is within the top 10% in the country so if it is the education of your kids you are after, you can never go wrong with Circle Pines. The cost of homes here is appreciating so you better invest now.
Invest in Circle Pines now. It is a fully developed community sprinkled with fields of elms and oaks. You can never run out of things to do in Circle Pines. You will be amazed at the many parks and trails located in the city. There is the Circle Pines Park and Trail System which manages the entire list of parks. The group is there to provide leisure activities for residents of Circle Pines so that they would be able to enjoy these amenities to the fullest.
Circle Pines has three community parks the first of which is the Golden Lake Park. This facility has a swimming beach, a concession stand, a pier, boat launch, tennis and volleyball courts, 3 playgrounds and 2 pavilions. The City Hall Park has a community garden and some playground apparatus. The boats used at the Golden Lake Park do not use gas motors. The third community park is the Golden Lake School Park and aside from playground equipment, it has baseball fields. There are also youth parks which provide great sporting facilities such as baseball fields, hockey rink, and community gardens. These youth parks are the Inner Park, Carl Eck Park, and Baldwin Park. The neighborhood parks are Heritage Commons, Indian Hills Park, and Center Park. Heritage Commons has a clock tower, a labyrinth, and a pavilion within the pond while Indian Hills Park has a playground.
The trail system, on the other hand, is composed of carefully picked walkways in order to provide fun and safe paths for hikers. The Anoka County Parks Department and the community make sure that these trails are kept secure and interesting to residents who want to do some stretching.
If you are looking for a peaceful and healthy place to transfer your family to, Circle Pines is the place to be. You will surely fall in love with the place along with its vibrant community and stress-free environment.
