Does anyone know if are there any law schools in SC or the closest one to the area?

also, if there are any high schools?

Sea Cliff is essentially all residential but in the greater Civic Center area there is Hastings and University of San Francisco Law School, and Golden Gate University is not far from them either. There is public transportation from Sea Cliff and Lake districts to these locations.
