"Nice street to stay on, pretty convenient to a lot of attractions....."
We stayed on this street at the Morning Glory Inn. Neither of us is a fan of the soulless chain hotels, but this place is an absolute jewel. It is like a combination of Victorian and an Italian villa. Our room was cozy and plush at the same time, with a big bed that we didn’t want to get out of. We wouldn’t have except that the German Baked Eggs that the inn serves for breakfast was too tempting. Staff is very efficient and helpful. They make the guests feel at home and welcome. If you stay here, you will be within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Try the Birmingham Bridge Tavern before heading back in for the night.
