A "quality" lesbian bar in San Francisco - ONLY SERIOUS REPLIES PLS

SF is supposed to be the "gay capital of the world" and in some regards it is (cus i have a lot of gay friends), but I for the life of me cannot find a decent lesbian bar in the city that isn't crawling with wannabe gay girls. I'm looking for a bar that isn't dirty and run down, and has some sense of class. I've only been in town for about 8 months, so someone may know better, but i can't find anything.

Please help!

Hi Mileykelly, while im not a lesbian myself, i have some girl friends who go to a place called The Lexington Club on 19th and Lexington. It's probably not what you are looking for but i've had fun there myself. It's pretty quiet but still fun as well is you go with a small group of poeple. I also think that no matter where you go in SF you are always going to meet people who are rude in clubs n bars though...gay or not. Hope it helps!!!

@gemmal and justin thanks for advice. I'm stil having no luck though, still single and hating the fakers, but I am starting to find my groove in this big ole city.
