"quiet and pretty"

This is a nice place to go if you like peace and quiet. The people are good because they stay out of your way and for the most part they don't get in your business. For anyone who has dealt with neighbors that are always in other people's business, you will appreciate this aspect of this area. All in all it is clean and nice, and a great place to visit.

"High end golf community, clean, quiet and family-oriented"

The street is a cul-de-sac and therefore extremely quiet. There are many families with children and pets. Our street is on the edge of the developement and is full of freindly people.

There is a strong sense of community since most of us moved in around the same time. We have each other's email addresses and keep one another posted on items of interest in the neighborhood. Several families have parties for special occasions where they invite the entire street. So far, everyone seems extremly considerate. Everyone waves as they drive by (even if they don't know you).

The area is very hilly but has great, scenic paths and parks for walking. The overall development is gorgeous.. very well maintained, spotless, even.

We were extremely unhappy with the internet and cable service initially, as we only had the option of using one terrible vendor. However, we pushed very hard through the HOA and are now switching to Cox and are very happy with the change.

The cell coverage with Verizon is not consistant - some days it's fine, other days we get 0 -1 bars with lots of dropped calls.
