Samarkand Drive in Santa Barbara, California is the perfect community for everyone. Seniors will love the proximity to the Santa Barbara Golf Club. Families and singles will love all of the adventure and entertainment in the area. Just minutes from Oak Park and the Earl Warren Showgrounds. This coastal community has mild weather and beautiful views.
