"Jam Packed Mess"

Russell St is pretty jam packed. I mean that’s usually a given when you have a main street located in a big city that is used as the primary exit off the interstate. Now add this traffic with all the raving baseball and football fans headed to the Oriole Park and the Raven’s stadium at Camden Yards and you have a real mess!
