"Casual and Comfortable Living in the NW Suburbs"
Great neighborhood to raise a family with many great opportunities to purchase an affordable home. Blue Ribbon Schools. Several mature, tall trees and well-maintained, landscaped properties inhabit the area to create a picturesque neighborhood. Many 0.25 acre sized lots. Small town feel with much to do and see in and around. Safe and friendly neighbors. Great place to walk, run, or walk your dog. You will also see a good amount of 1950's - 1960's classic cars roaming the neighborhood from time to time. Travel time to downtown Chicago is only 25 to 45 min depending on traffic - on average. Close to Metra for downtown Chicago commuters.
