"not a beautiful street, only ok."

Rogers Ave runs through the Crown Heights neighborhood. Crown Heights is another area being revitalized in Brooklyn, with many young people moving in for lack of affordable housing elsewhere. I was interested in the area due to it's close proximity to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. However, I still wouldn't feel totally comfortable living there, but it is ok. Not an especially pretty neighborhood.
