Rockside Rd, Valley View

Like restaurants? You'll find at least ten on the street. Like biking and hiking? Not to worry, the towpath trail is one of the nicest bike trails in ohio. Want to live here? There are many apartment complexes and condos available. Want shopping? There are many shopping centers along the street. Malley's chocolate is a local chocolate shop that is wonderful.

Rock side Road is a wonderful road to know about in the Cleveland area because there is so much to do on this street from shopping, good eats like Aladdins and Winking Lizard in Independance to shopping for a car in Bedford. But on of the best thiongs about this road is that it runs side by side to 480 and if traffic is bad you can get ooff the interstate and drive from Bedford Hts all the way to the airport on this street. At Broadview Rd in Seven Hills the name changes to Snow Road but it is a good thing to know with the Valley View bridge back ups around rush hour.

From up scale type of homes, condo's and apartments to shopping, dinning, and quick access to RT#71 from RT#77 and I-80. Hotels, banks, gas stations and just about everything else can be found here. This is a HIGH traffic road, just about all day everyday, it calms down after about 10pm at night. Weekends aren't to bad on traffic. 2 lanes in both directions with center turn lanes, alot of stop lights in Independence and they are not syncronized for the most part! There are parts of the road that are undeveloped and its like driving from the city right into the country. Theres even business and industry planted into different areas. It also goes from Turney Rd in the really great part of town back tthru Independence, and goes for miles.
