Palmer Woods, Sherwood Forest, Detroit Golf and Green Acres would be the top neighborhood(s)

West Village, Indian Village area coming in a very close second

If a house ever became available Corktown, Woodbridge and Midtown would also be very great communities to stay in. But as far as a family life goes, definitely the first list!
