Where can I go tan outdoors in Richmond?

I live in Churchill and was thinking of tanning in Chimborazo park, but I wasn't sure if they are into having people laying out in bikinis there since its a historic location... Any better ideas?

The James River near Hollywood Rapids is a great place to tan outdoors! Bring your bikini and sunscreen because laying on those rocks will have you baking! Also, Byrd Park is another great place. Bring a blanket and some bread to feed the ducks!
