"Fantastic Schools and a fabulous trail system"

The Rice Creek Neighborhood of New Brighton, Minnesota is part of a fabulous trail system and is located in a wonderful School District. Irondale High School is Nationally acknowledged for it's academics and gets rave reviews locally as well. Most of the homes here were built between 1970 and 2000 and most range in price from the 160's to the 280's. Public transportation is right down County Rd H by the Mermaid (and also in the Mermaid Parking lot-about a 2 minute drive from our driveway) there is a Park and Ride bus stop. There are also bus pick ups and drop offs right on Long Lake Road and Silver Lake road. The commute in a cart to Downtown Minneapolis on a weekday is typically about 30-35 minutes in traffic but only about 15 minutes without it. For a casual night out and live outdoor music in the summer, you can’t beat Moes Tavern. On nights where you want a quiet romantic evening a great place to go is Guiseppe’s Italian which is a hole in the wall Italian joint that has been family run for years. Shorewood offers great mediterranean food with live music and Champps is a GREAT place to watch the game and grab a drink.

  • Fantastic Schools
