"pretty nice starter neighborhood"

Resota street is in a small, nice neighborhood, not extremely upscale but good for starter homes or those on a budget. It is conveniently located near Southland Mall, so close to shopping and lots of restaurants. There can be some noise from the freeway, but it is convenient to be close to such a main artery of traffic.
