"Private and quiet"

This street is a nice one to live on. Luckily, they haven't destroyed this area by building a bunch of square box homes that make a neighborhood look like a bad nintendo game. The homes here are unique and they all have a little bit of property. It is nice here because you can look out your window and not be in your neighbors yard, like most overpriced neighborhoods in this country.
The downside is that you wont get in here for less than a Million.

"The Number 1 stolen Street Sign in Georgia"

A extremely wooded street consisting of 32 - 1 plus acre lots. The street was developed in the 50's through 70's with mostly custom homes. In the past 5 years 60 percent of the homes have been replaced with new homes. Prices of new homes are $2mm plus. 10 years ago most children on the street were teenagers or above, now there are many from 2yrs to 10yrs. Positives are very close to everything. Extremely quite with lots of wildlife. (From hawks catching rabbits to coyotes in your yard). Negative The street is hilly with many curves, no sidewalks, when walking or bike riding on the street, one needs to be aware of speeding cars.
