"Low income neighborhood near USC"

Raymond Ave., like all of the surrounding streets, is near the University of Southern California campus. However, it is one of the streets just far enough away to not be patrolled regularly by the campus police. It is a very high crime, low income area. When I was a student at USC, I saw several cars that had been recently broken into.
