"A charming piece of Old Denver"
This street is very similar to Gaylord Street just past the hustle and bustle of immediate downtown Denver. It is within walking distance of Einstein's bagels, a great burrito joint, and some other cafes and shops, but has the beautiful old restored mansions and apartment buildings. Big lawns in front of the homes, with sidewalks needing stairs to reach them. Beautiful part of town, with some crim to be somewhat concerned about.
