"Great street - great neighborhood"
My family is friends with several families who live in Stonegate, but out of all of the streets in this subdivision I think Quarry Hill Place is the best. The homes here are all a good, large size which is perfect for parents with several children. They are all well maintained and the landscaping is very well tended. The street is wide and there are numerous grassy areas throughout the neighborhood, and Quarry Hill Place is no exception. These random grassy areas give the feeling of the neighborhood being open and inviting.
The schools for this neighborhood are all high ranking, both in state testing averages as well as parental approval rates. There is a nice elementary located right in the neighborhood, within walking distance from Quarry Hill Place and the high school is just across Lincoln Avenue. Quarry Hill Place is located with ease of exiting to Lincoln Avenue and from that point there are numerous restaurants, a good sized recreation center, and shopping all nearby. A little drive west on Lincoln Avenue and you can get to Park Meadows Mall and a multitude of restaurants.
The one drawback I see to living on Quarry Hill Place would be the traffic on Lincoln Avenue which can get pretty backed up during peak driving times. Other than that one issue, I think living on this street would be really nice. It's a wonderful neighborhood for kids, schools, and if you can afford the home prices, this might be a street to consider.
