If you like antique furniture, then Cold Spring is the place for you: all you have to do is walk along Main Street, and you'll find plenty of antique stores, where you might just find the treasure of a lifetime!

I don't think there are any furniture stores in Putnam Valley. Depending on what you're looking for, there is Pier 1 in the Cortlandt Town Center and Wal-Mart. You could get secondhand/antique items in Cold Spring. Otherwise, you'd have to head up to Poughkeepsie, where there is a Raymour and Flanigan.

Barbara L. Sawin PRO I agree Putnam Valley is not the place to furniture shop unless looking for antiques..which there are a few shops to choose from. If I were looking for furniture close by I, too, would head up to Raymour & Flanigans which is about 35min. or so north.
