Is Westbury Court at Prospect Lefferts Gardens a decent (safety, maintenance) residential building?

I'm considering a studio apartment at Westbury Court in PLG Brooklyn. Single male. Paid few visits to the neighborhood, the place looks a little bit sketchy to me, but the rent is pretty affordable. I was wondering if anyone who has experience at this area (preferably this building) can share some opinions with me?
