Can any locals tell me about the Parkview section of Portsmouth? We are considering moving into a completely renovated house on Webster Ave. It is right next to a church. Some houses look nice while others are not too nice. Is this area safe? Are you able to go out for walks? What's it like at night? Are people friendly? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
