Is Ponderosa Park more upscale than most of Castle Rock?

I don't think "upscale" would be the right word, because Ponderosa Park has some older, average sized homes in addition to some behemoths, as does Castle Rock. It is an incredibly beautiful area where the majority of the homes are on acreage that is filled with trees (mostly from the pine family with a few others thrown in) and on rolling hills with tons of wildlife. One of my closest friends in high school lived in Ponderosa Park (I didn't know it was called that back then), and I remember every time I went to her house, it just seemed so peaceful and almost like I was up in the mountains.
