Point Cres, Queens

I visited here in the summer to get away from all the work I did all year and I ended up falling in love with the overall atmosphere. I got to lay in a hammock and watch the sunset making the sky different bold and beautiful colors. I did this for most of my summer trip and it felt like day 1 when it was time for me to leave. I enjoyed myself.

This street is located right on the water and has some beautiful sunset views. It's mainly residential with the avenues and broader streets providing this neighborhood with various conveniences. I think that this is a wonderful place to live if you're a bit more established in the city. It really did feel like New York City proper in this midwestern-esque hideaway on the river.
