"Nice neighborhood near shopping"
Poinciana Street is in a fairly nice neighborhood convenient to shopping and schools. It is a pretty nondescript neighborhood of 1950s and 60s ranch style houses, not a beautiful neighborhood but a ok middle class area, good for starter homes. The neighbors are friendly and with sidewalks it is a good place to walk, ride your bike, etc. The neighborhood itself is quiet and has little traffic, but there can be a lot of traffic and noise nearby from the freeway.
