Pine Tree Ln, Webster Groves

This neighborhood is a nice place to buy a starter home for newly married, young family or retiring seniors. The houses are small most having only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. Many of the homes have had nice renovations to the kitchens and basements. The kitchens in most are small. They are well built and do not have many of the problems that other older homes have due to their heavy lathe plaster walls and thick concrete foundations. They are very hard to remodel due to this very same strong structural aspect. The neighborhood boast many beautiful trees and lovely landscaping. Due to the row house set up the back yards are not very private though.

This neighborhood is located near Watson ave which has many restaurants, retail stores, a mall and bookstores.
