The best restaurants in Philadelphia, in my opinion, are Fountain in Center City, Osteria in Fairmount, Lacroix in Rittenhouse, Vetri in Midtown and Barclay Prime in Rittenhouse. Le Bec Fin and Morimoto are nice, but I think for a true Philadelphia 5-star dining experience, heading to one of these other restaurants is the way to go.

There are a few in Center City, but the one that resonates the most is Le Bec-Fin. It's been around for years and is always spoken of highly. If you enjoy or would like to try French cuisine, this is the place to go. An absolutely incredible fine dining experience.
