How long does it take to commute to Denver? Colorado Springs?

Perry Park is roughly an hour from Denver during normal drive times and about 50 minutes from the Springs, so it's just about in the middle of both.

HeatherS Perry Park looks really beautiful and being just in the middle between Denver and the Springs puts it in a great location, I wouldn't mind living there. Do you know anyone there?
