"Penn Ave: Clean and Quiet"
This is a very quaint street. It is very quiet, but not scary quiet, it's peaceful. The sun is usually very bright here and there are small trees lining the sidewalks. There are houses and apartment complexes in this area. They are in very good condition, rarely having graffiti. Most of the houses are two stories and the majority are painted either brown, tan, beige, or white. There is a Muni stop a few blocks down, but most people in this area travel by car. This neighborhood is very clean, the sidewalks are the color their supposed to be. The only sound that may be a disturbance is the train station nearby. There is a popular volunteer place on this street to, it is called the San Francisco food bank, this place helps package food for the elderly, homeless, and low-income families. Overall, this street is a great place to live for those that don't like to be disturbed by noisy or nosey neighbors.
