Should I move to the 400 block of Moore St?

My wife and I have been looking at moving to Philadelphia and when considering multiple variables Pennsport looks to possibly be a good neighborhood for us, at least we thought. Apparently, in May there have been multiple shootings near Moore St and up into Queen Village.

I would like some insight from locals, should I move to Pennsport's 400 block of Moore St?
